Rosemary is a new Italian/Croatian restaurant that has recently opened. Located in the historic Fulton Market district of Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood, Rose Mary is Chef & Owner Joe Flamm’s debut restaurant inspired by his Italian heritage and the bold, bright flavors of Croatian cuisine. The restaurant was named for Flamm’s grandmothers, Mary and Mary Rose, and the herb rosemary, which grows natively along the Italian and Croatian coastlines. Rosemary has a gorgeous interior as well as an outdoor area. Our favorite dishes were the grilled cucumber salad, baby octopus, funghi risotto, and the wild halibut (will melt in your mouth.) And make sure to leave room for the squash cake for dessert! Rosemary is located at 932 W. Fulton Market and is open 5-10pm daily.
