Cabra is a new rooftop restaurant in the Hoxton Hotel which is located in the Fulton Market District. Cabra is a Peruvian-inspired restaurant by Chef Stephanie Izard who is also well known for her other restaurants Girl & the Goat, Little Goat and Duck Duck Goat. Izard was the first female chef to win Bravo's Top Chef, taking the title during its fourth season. Cabra has tapas style plates as well as some great vegetarian and seafood options. We especially loved the Solterito bean salad which was topped with fried cheese, the aji verde & queso fresco dip and the snapper ceviche. This is one of the best looking rooftops we have seen in Chicago. There's a pool, a view of the skyline, and even a fire place if it gets chilly. Cabra is now open for lunch and dinner daily until midnight and 1 am on weekends.
